Wendy MacNay and Staff,
First off I have never written a company about their service, but in this
case I felt compelled! I have never been treated with such respect and
dignity by a car company before. I don't like to even refer to you as a
car
company so I am going to give you a new term "My car Family"! Ya that
sounds
better.
From the moment I bought the car I was looked after. When a problem arose
I
was told to bring it in at my earliest convenience. After the problem was
diagnosed I was given a rental and kept up to date about what was
happening.
The car was repaired and I was told, "Any other problems , do not hesitate
to
come back". This is a far cry from how I've been treated concerning other
dealerships!
I personally feel the automotive industry, should create a 6th star and
anyone receiving this 6th star should have to meet Town and Country
Chrysler
standards of excellence!! I am now a loyal customer to Town and Country
and
will be referring all family and friends (or anyone in the market for that
matter) to you!! Even if it's for repairs their best not to waste their
time going else where. At Town and Country Chrysler you understand the
value
of someone else's time!
Again I just wanted to say thank you and wish all the staff blessings
and

To all the staff at Town and Country,
Doing business with Town and Country was a pleasure and a memorable experience. There were several reasons for buying a truck a second time from Town and Country, 3 1/2 hours from where we live.
It might seem strange but as in 2002,
| | Brad and his team gave me the best deal by far on the trade in and on the new vehicle. |
| | Jack drove to Ottawa with us to register the new vehicle, a procedure that took more then 4 hours. |
| | Nicolas showed us how to program the GPS and stereo, how all the accesseries functioned. |
| | Dana took the time to go over the manual. |
| | Mike handled the paper work and at 6:00 PM, we left for home in our new Red wheel Mega cab. |
The next time we drive to Smith Falls will probably be to purchase our next Dodge Ram.
