Town and Country History - After 30 years in business Town and Country Chrysler can boast about a long list of satisfied customers. Dating back to 1972 Town and Country first started out as an addition to a Texaco Service Station, having only 12 employees. In 1978 it moved to its current location, were it became part of the Smiths Falls Auto Strip, sharing neighbours with Chevy, Ford, Honda and other dealers along Lombard Street. In 1996 Brad Kyle purchased Town and Country and brought with him a lifetime of experience in the automotive industry. Partnered with long standing automotive guru Martin Lambert in 2001, Town and Country now boasts a staff of over 35, expansion in the future, and an unparalleled ability to service their customers with any need they may have.
 Member of the Smiths Falls Chamber of Commerce - Town and Country Chrysler has been a member of the Smiths Falls Chamber of Commerce since they openned on Lombard Street. Town and Country Chrysler participats with the community of Smiths Falls, and enjoys cooperative efforts with the Chamber of Commerce in it's efforts to better the community of Smiths Falls.
 Member of the Better Business Bureau - Town and Country Chrysler has been a member of the B.B.B. since 1972 and has an exceptional record. As part of the B.B.B. of Eastern Ontario and Outaouais Inc. Town and Country participates in all programs related to special procedures, including mediation and arbitration if necessary, to resolve complaints.

 Brad Kyle - Principal
Starting in the automotive industry at the age of fifteen, Brad's love affair with cars carries on to this day.
His knowledge of the industry, and personal contacts with other automobile enthusiasts enables him to get his hands on some of the most sought after vehicles on the roads today.
His passion is with the exotic vehicles. Whether a sleek Italian sports model or an over the top American muscle car, they all demand close inspection as Brad's attention to detail gets a workout.
Brad's attention to detail is not limited to the exotic vehicles, but extends to every part of Town and Country Chrysler. He is proud to have an open door policy throughout the dealership, and invites everyone to drop by to have a look, ask some questions, and feel right at home.
Chances are you'll see Brad when you come by... he's only here six or seven days a week!

 Martin J. Lambert - General Manager
Started at Town and Country September 2001 as General Manager and business partner with Brad Kyle.
His professional experience includes Five Star National Trainer where he facilitated such courses as Relationship Selling, Chrysler's 5 Star process, New vehicle delivery, Competitive Comparisons, Strategic Planning and much more.
His personal goals as General Manager is to motivate individuals, by providing opportunities for personal growth and development. As well, he has established an environment of mutual trust and credibility, by identifying opportunities, conducting research and analysis, developing options, presenting recommendations and implementing solutions. All this, and at the same time keeping Town and Country Chrysler a fun place to work and be part of.

 Mike Koziel - Business Manager
I was born in Ottawa, but my family moved to Smiths Falls when I was 5. Schooled locally until graduating S.F.D.C.I. I enrolled in a 3-year business management course at Loyalist College in Belleville. After successful completion of this, I shortly worked for the Ontario Government as a retail sales tax auditor before turning to the automotive business and Town & Country.
After 1 year in sales I joined the management team and have worked in a number of capacities here at T&C, over the last 19 years. Currently I am the Business Manager dealing with banks and credit departments for your financial convenience.
I look forward to meeting you and many more years of enjoyable employment at Town and Country Chrysler.

 Gerry McNeely - Parts Manager
Gerry has been with Town and Country Chrysler since 2002. Prior to that he was involved with inventory control in the high tech sector.
His knowledge is extensive regarding Mopar stock and he can certainly be a valuable contact when looking to improve the look and performance of your vehicle.

 Wendy MacNay (McCall) - Service Manager
Wendy has been with us since December of 1998, and has been in the Service industry for over 15 years. She started off in the Motorcycle industry as a hobby at a young age, and always enjoyed mechanics.
She enjoys the challenge of a busy service department and believes that the customers needs come first. She has made sure that the "small town" friendliness, warmth and honesty has stayed strong even as our business grows in size.
Wendy believes that the city attitude will not work in this area, and is striving to maintain a personalized, caring, and enjoyable service with every visit to her department.
